EXCELLENT FIRST CONTACT WITH THE OWNER CARLOS WHO CAME OVER TO LOOK AT THE HOUSE/JOB. BEFORE THAT I HAD DRIVEN TO THE OFFICE AND SPOKE TO CASIE AND RECEIVED A GOOD PRESENTATION THERE. WITHIN 2 WEEKS A CREW CAME AND MEASURED. WHEN THE CREW CAME BACK WITH THE WINDOWS TO INSTALL THEM IT WAS AMAZING HOW FAST IT WAS. 5 HOURS FOR 12 WINDOWS. THEY DIDN'T EVEN BREAK A SWEAT AND IT WAS MID JUNE. THEY WERE NOT HURRYING JUST KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PRETTY JOB. IT HAS BEEN 109* THE LAST 3 DAYS IN A ROW AND 75* IN THE HOUSE. MY AIR CONDITIONING IS WAY LESS TAXED, CYCLES OFF MORE. THE HOUSE IS 65 YEARS OLD AND ON THE INSIDE WAS ALWAYS COVERED WITH RED DIRT BECAUSE OF WEST TEXAS WEATHER/WIND.
NOT ANYMORE. AND THE MONEY? WINDOW WORLD BEAT ALL OTHER BIDS BY A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT. THE PEOPLE I DEALT WITH: CARLOS AND HIS WIFE, AND THE WOMAN WHO RUNS THE OFFICE CASSIE…AND THE 3 PERSON CREW: JOHN WILLIE & PETER WERE ALL A BREATH OF FRESH AIR.

The crew got started about 9:15-9:30 !! Nice and friendly crew , got right with it !! They had all 9 old windows out and new windows in , and cleaned up ,and caulked , and we're out of the house by 11:30-11:45 !! Excellent workmanship ; beautiful windows too !! They we go outside to see all of our old wood was made new by the metal trim !!! Oh , A+A+A+ , we have been blessed !!!

Not only was the price fair, but the quality is incomparable!
